By accessing or using ImmiMedical ("the Service"), operated by NTX Medical ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
ImmiMedical is a web-based platform designed to streamline the management of USCIS Form I-693 immigration medical examinations. The Service provides workflow tools for civil surgeons and their practices, including applicant intake, document preparation, and examination tracking.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

ImmiMedical is a workflow and document management tool. It is not a medical provider, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions related to I-693 immigration medical examinations are made solely by licensed civil surgeons. NTX Medical assumes no responsibility for clinical outcomes or medical determinations made by healthcare providers using the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Service is designed to comply with applicable data protection regulations, including HIPAA where applicable. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the property of NTX Medical and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you submit through the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTX Medical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in McKinney, Texas.
